Reclaim control of your career as the Nurse Administrator of our second Washington state licensed Enhanced Service Facility located in Tacoma, Washington. This position works directly with our CEO @claudiajohnson. You’ll run a team of 25 full-time RN’s and LPNs supporting the Behavioral Health of 16 residents. You’ll hold the license as Facility Administrator and manage the house as well as the office. Corporate will mentor you to potentially become an Owner/Administrator if approved in which case you might be able participate in the overall success of the entire organization – way over and above your generous salary and benefits.
Psychiatric Nurse Responsibilities
· Overall management of the Facility
· DSHS Contract compliance
· Personnel management; staff scheduling and development scheduling
· Scheduling and participating in monthly Person-Centered Planning Team meetings=
· Communications with the Department, Resident’s physicians, and Behavioral Health providers
· Maintaining Resident records, charting, coordinating with outside providers and social workers
· Maintaining personnel files, and other HR duties
· Monitoring, arranging, and providing staff training to meet contract and regulatory requirements
· Documentation of delegated duties upon request
· Be the main Psychiatric RN and teach other MHPs the MHP role – 85% of the time
Qualifications
• Washington state licensed Psych RNs make excellent Administrators, as do Licensed MHPs, social workers, and counselors with a Master’s Degree

Benefits
• $150,000 starting salary with the flexibility of four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with most Holidays Off: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 9 additional hours PTO per pay period
