In an Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility, or long-term care facility like an Enhanced Service facility, Nurse Administrators are responsible for managing logistics, operations, and human resources, and so much more.  Like a principal in a school, the administrator takes care of any administrative duties to ensure both employees and patients have what they need to provide and receive safe and legal health care services.

Much of the operations and logistics are focused on making sure the facility adheres to state and federal regulations.  This enables the facilities to continue receiving funding from the government and insurance companies.
